Frank Harrell

Frank Harrell is an MTW missionary, the international church planting arm of the PCA. Frank grew up in West Point, GA with his mom, dad, brother, and sister. He graduated from Columbus State University (B.S. in Criminal Justice and Criminology, 2010) and Covenant Theological Seminary (M.Div., 2013).

God called Frank to lifetime international ministry during his studies at CSU in Columbus, GA. With that goal in mind, he moved to St. Louis, MO, to attend Covenant Seminary. God brought Japan into his radar through various friendships at Covenant, and he worked as an intern with Grace Harbor Church in Tokyo, Japan for two months in 2012. Before that, he never thought he would live in Japan for the rest of his life, but God confirmed that Japan was the direction he should pursue after graduation.

Frank will return to Japan to work with the new MTW team in Osaka where he will help start Genesis International College, a Christian junior college. Frank will serve as an English professor at the college and help with a church plant as the team seeks to plant many new churches started throughout Osaka.

In his free time Frank enjoys good stories, whether written or film, studying languages (including Japanese!), and spending time with friends.
